I would like to commend Mr. Derek Woo on a job well done and exceeding expectations in every respect. I had engaged him as my housing agent to source for a landed property for my family of five. We were presently renting and were looking to purchase a unit in the East Coast area big enough for us.
Prior to even starting, he had us qualify our needs clearly and succinctly so that we would be clear in what we wanted and he would not waste our precious time in looking at properties that were not suitable. Once we had our variables set, we set out together on a very well planned schedule.

We would like to thank our agent Derek Woo for his excellent service rendered in selling my HDB unit. Derek is a very professional agent who represented our interest to the fullest. We had set a reasonable asking price of $790k. However Derek managed to help us sell our flat at $832k, a price higher than the advertised price of $825. We are very happy with the price that Derek managed to get for us. We realised afterwards that our 4 room HDB had set the record price for a 4 room HDB flat. Derek has a very well thought out selling process that allows that allows us to sell our flat in one weekend and the highest possible price.
